Hayley-Ann Vasco was raised in Norfolk, Virginia and began her training under the faculty of Ballet Virginia. Upon graduating high school, she joined Lexington Ballet for three seasons and performed in A Midsummer Night’s Dream as Hermia and as the title roles in Giselle and Snow White. While dancing in Lexington, she also took classes at the University of Kentucky, where she went on to graduate with a B.S. in Anthropology.
After a year of dancing in Columbus as a trainee with BalletMet, Ms. Vasco joined the Ballet Theatre of Maryland. There, she rose to the rank of Demi-soloist and performed such roles as Pas de Trois and Little Swans in Swan Lake as well as Clara/Sugarplum Fairy in The Nutcracker.
Hayley-Ann is excited to start her first season with Ballet Virginia.
