Nutcracker Volunteer Meeting
Saturday, December 5, in studio #1
3:30 – 4:30 pm
A preliminary volunteer schedule will go out via email one week prior to the meeting date. This one hour meeting is important for ALL volunteers assigned a duty to attend. At this meeting we will review the BVI volunteer policy and provide a description of what to expect. Although there are two meeting times please choose the one time that best fits your schedule.
